Our Social Distancing Policy is designed to keep you and our colleagues safe.


At present we are prioritising patients with more urgent and immediate vision requirements. 

If you are experiencing vision problems or having issues with your glasses, please contact us.

You will be asked some brief questions and if you need to be seen, you will be offered an appointment.

You must have a pre-arranged appointment before visiting a practice.

Unless you are considered vulnerable or you are under 16, we kindly request that you visit the practice on your own.

Easily register your visit at any of our practices by scanning the NHS QR code upon arrival.


Do not visit us if you or anyone in your household has any Covid-19 symptoms or been told to self-isolate.

If you already have an appointment booked and develop symptoms or are told to self-isolate, please contact us to cancel it.


We have re-arranged our practices to keep you and our colleagues safe.

Please adhere to all the social distancing notices, throughout your visit.

We are having to limit the number of people in each practice.

If you arrive for a pre-arranged appointment and we have reached our limit, we may ask you to wait outside until it is safe to enter.


Please wear a face mask or face covering while in the practice.

This is to protect everyone.


We have enhanced our hygiene policies.

You will be asked to thoroughly wash your hands or use the supplied hand sanitiser upon arrival and during your visit. Clinical areas,  equipment and surfaces are being thoroughly cleaned between each patient, so please bear with us, if we take a little longer.

We continue to offer a home delivery service for contact lenses and new eyewear.

However, if you need to collect something from the practice, we may ask you to wait outside while we bring it to you.


Please do not touch the frames.

As part of our infection control measures, if you would like to try on a frame, please ask and we will bring it to you.
