Fees for eye examinations, emergency visits, contact lens aftercare visits and retinal photography are all included. Again there is no limit to the number of inclusive appointments you have.

Interest free finance
Depending on your membership level we offer 12 months interest free finance on the purchase of new eyewear over £280. (£250 after deposit) You'll need to pay a deposit of at least 10% and be sure that you can afford the monthly repayments. Finance is provided by an external finance provider. 50/50 accidental damage cover for eyewear
Whenever you purchase a new pair of glasses or sunglasses at Noakes Habermehl & Kerr, your membership covers 50% of the replacement or repair for 24 months from the date of collection against accidental damage. There's no formal claim to make, just pop into the practice, we'll sort them out. You pay 50% and we'll cover the other 50%. 50/50 accidental damage cover for durable contact lenses
For members that wear 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 month replacement durable contact lenses your covered against accidental damage. There's no formal claim to make, just pop into the practice, we'll order replacements. You pay 50% and we'll cover the other 50%. Depending on your membership level whenever you purchase a new pair of glasses or sunglasses, your membership will cover either 1 or 2 cliams in any twelve month period for eyewear that is less than twelve months old (from the date of collection) against loss, theft and accidental damage up to a claim value of £1000. You will be asked to pay us anything above this amount.
Making a claim - because you're returning to the practice that supplied your glasses, sunglasses or durable contact lenses, the process is quick and simple. We'll initiate the formal claim process, prepare a new order and send the claim off to Iris. They will contact you to arrange payment of the 10% excess. As soon as Iris give us the go ahead we will order your replacement glasses or arrange for their repair. A full breakdown of the terms and conditions are included in your membership pack.
