We’re looking for a friendly and professional Optical Receptionist to join our team in Saltash. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

​

Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in an optical or healthcare setting, but this isn’t essential — if you’re self-motivated, organised, and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, we’d love to hear from you. Full training will be provided.

Are you looking to start your career in customer service? We are looking for a trainee Optical Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team. 

 

As a Optical Receptionist Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in providing a warm welcome and excellent service to all our patients. Main responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients both face to face and over the phone, booking and making appointments, taking payments, maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of the reception area. The vacancy is working between our Crownhill and Plympton practices.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop customer service skills while you complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service. Full training and support will be provided by Focus Training (SW) Ltd.
