Optometry
Good eyesight is paramount to our daily lives, as we rely on our vision to perceive the world around us. It is the foundation for virtually all activities, from performing everyday work tasks efficiently to enjoying the beauty of a sunrise or a loved one's smile.
Our mission is to ensure you have the clarity of vision to live your life to the full.

Unlike many of our bigger competitors, who have chosen to reduce the diversity of eyecare services on offer, we are constantly looking to expand ours. From a range of eye exams to Myopia control, Colorimetry, dry eye and low vision, we want to offer you the very best eyecare available.

Benefit from the latest diagnostic technology . . .
Optical Coherence
Tomography (OCT)
Optical CT scans are a revolutionary technology that reveals the distinct layers of the retina. They allow us to check for the early signs of ocular diseases like Glaucoma or Macular Degeneration. They also assist us in diagnosing many other eye conditions, which can then be referred to an eye specialist for early intervention.
Retinal Fundus Photography
These photographs provide a valuable insight into your ocular health. The high resolution images allow us to study your retinas in great detail. Many common eye conditions can be detected by comparing your latest images with those taken during previous visits to us.
Digital Slit Lamp Imaging
Like a microscope, a digital slit lamp allows us
to study and photograph the front structures and surfaces of your eyes in minute detail. This can help us identify the reasons behind an eye infection, high intra-ocular pressure, or dry eye.
Corneal
Topography
A special imaging technology that maps the
surface of your cornea, much like a 3D map.
It helps us diagnose conditions like Keratoconus and is also beneficial when fitting complex or made-to-order contact lenses.
Threshold
Visual Fields
Measures how much you can see out of the corner of your eyes. It helps us determine if you have blind spots in your vision, so that further investigations can be conducted.
This diagnostic tool is especially important for monitoring the progress of Glaucoma and for assessing visual field loss in relation to DVLA driving standards.
Dry Eye Assessments
If you’ve booked one of our Ultimate or Enhanced Eye Examinations, an initial Dry Eye assessment is included. You’ll receive holistic advice and we may recommend you start using a dry eye product. With severe dry eye or conditions such as Blepharitis, we recommend a dedicated more comprehensive dry eye appointment.
We offer so much more than just Eye Examinations . . .
